Tom Trexler founded Corporate Finance, Inc. to serve the entrepreneurial community in their goals to build their businesses in this fast-changing world of technology. CFI specializes in strategic planning for privately-held companies. It was established to educate and nurture new entrepreneurs through the stages of development leading to a successful exit. Career
Tom's early career in accounting led him to being a partner in reknown accounting firm, Oehman and Company, CPAs. This put him in the position to become a member of the team that brought Insituform East into the public marketplace. From 1974 to 1982, Mr. Trexler was a founding Director of the SEC Institute. Currently, Tom serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the following funds:

Education
Tom holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego (cum laude) and a BS in accounting from Benjamin Franklin University (cum laude). Tom is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. He also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College. Publications
